FEEDBACK FRIDAY – PRO MODIFIED: TWO DECADES OF THRILLS

FEEDBACK ARTICLE: PRO MODIFIED: TWO DECADES OF THRILLS

11_24_09_pro_modAt the beginning of Pro Mod Walter Henry was ahead of the crowd. His blown car with a 2 stage clutch and Lenco was a superior combination.

He was a very smart racer and would have remained a champion in Pro Mod. - Norman Hechtkoff

Thanks for the memories. I thought that history was lost. Brought back thoughts
of all of the CRAZY things we tried. Remember the 9 sec go cart?

Anything for a press release.

Today we are running a S-10 jet truck and building a 1995 Fleetwood Hearse with
a J-34 shoved in the back like a coffin.

Thanks again for the reconission of the "Most Absurd".. Like Bret Kepner
phrased.." Ernie Wrenn, Capt. Psyco".

Our montra still used today. - Ernie Wrenn

I loved the article about Pro Mod. The stories about the birth of a movement that stands out today like a sore thumb'  these guy's were awesome . That just goes to show you a Country Boy can survive! I think that it set a standard of NO RULES bring's the OUTLAW out of anybody to run these car's under no rules all the santioning bodies should have eaten it up! - Jerry  E  Lollie
