In the last part of the season, with fitting in for John Force I think Phil did a very very good job filling in for John, there's got to be a team or racing owner to give Phil a shot, he proved himself with the CSK team and with JFR, Hope someone gives him a shot good luck Phil I know he will find a ride in 2008. - Art

I talked to him for about an hour at Maple Grove this past fall. He's the nicest guy to talk to, plus a good driver. If I had a couple of Mill lying around he'd be my driver. I wish him the best of luck. - Mike

I hope that Phil will be the next driver that replaces Force when he decides to cut back or retire.  I am a 100% Force fan, but I think Phil Burkhart is a great driver and I hope a good team picks him up soon, he deserves it. - Mark A. Eudy
