FEEDBACK ARTICLE –  INDY 2008 - ELEPHANTS ON PARADE


Definitely one of the BEST parts of Indy. These cars, in my opinion, represent a purity that is missing from Funny Car and Pro Stock. Though the finals for this group are a couple days too early, anyone who really appreciates the best of '60's technology is always standing at the fence when that last pair leaves the line! - Scott Amiss

Thank you CompetitionPlus.com for the well-done Hemi Challenge feature story and photos from Indy.  This "mini-event" during the Nationals is truly one of its highlights.  I am positive that somewhere there at IRP, during the run-off's for this class/event, the spirits of Ronnie Sox and Dick Landy were present.  Since I attended my first Indy Nationals in 1964, I also must note that this Hemi Challenge is now the only reason I would have for being at the Nationals once again! - Jim Hill
