SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK LAUNCHES NEW APP

Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio has launched a mobile app to give fans a new way to explore all of its offerings.

The mobile app, which follows the recent redesign of the park’s website, was developed by William J. Thomas Consulting and features the same content found on the website.

Additionally, mobile app users will receive push-notifications for breaking news, event updates, promotions, contests and more.

The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play, the official app store for Android smartphones and tablets.

“This app was more than a year in the making, and I’m excited to be able to finally take it to market,” said Bill Bader Jr., Summit Motorsports Park president.

Among the many events coming up at Summit Motorsports Park — and highlighted on the park’s mobile app and website — are the 17th Annual Lingenfelter Performance Blue Suede Cruise, July 13-15, 41st Annual Kelly Services Night Under Fire, which is set to be another capacity-crowd spectacle with more than fifty performers, fireworks and special effects, Aug. 11, 17th Annual NMCA All-American Muscle Nationals, Aug. 24-26 and the Summit Racing Equipment Shakedown at the Summit presented by Mickey Thompson Performance Tires & Wheels, home to some of the quickest and fastest door cars in the country, Sept. 13-16.

Summit Motorsports Park, where a $1.6 million track reconstruction project was recently completed, is at 1300 State Route 18, Norwalk, Ohio.
