The NEW Flaming River Silver Bullet drag racing steering box meets the needs of the drag racing market for funny cars (fuel, alcohol,
nostalgia), altereds and front-engined nostalgia dragsters. The Silver
Bullet steering box is a side steer, Drag Link design with pitman arm
for these applications.
       
The new billet Silver Bullet box is designed to mount into the current
steering box chassis location for a perfect fit. The box uses all-new
components, is an attractive, highly durable design completely “Made in
the USA” at Flaming River’s manufacturing facility.

Highly
respected racing driveline manufacturer Mark Williams Enterprises has
developed a CV joint conversion packages for Vipers that offers
improvemenets in both handling and long-term durability.

For 1st Generation Vipers (1992-95) the M-W kit does away with the
factory U-joints (which often can bind and inhibit handling) and
replaces them with super strong Size 21 competition CV joints (128mm).
The retrofit requires reworking the OEM hubs, incorporating new CV
flanges made of 4340 alloy steel, and employing new half-shafts made of
300M alloy steel.

Edelbrock's new LS Series Coil Covers are a great way to dress up the LS1 in your Corvette, F-Body, street rod or muscle car. Their
exclusive design is manufactured of cast aluminum and eliminates the
stock mounting bracket by mounting the coils directly to the underside
of cover, providing a clean, custom look. These Coil Covers are a
center bolt style design and will fit 1999 and later LS1/LS6 centerbolt
valve covers with GM coils #12558948 or aftermarket replacement
equivalent.

RAM Automotive has announced a new twin-plate high performance clutch and flywheel assembly for the Corvette C6 and C6 ZO6.  They have christened it the DirectFit StreetDual and have allocated its part number as 90-2100.

Designed for use in street applications with healthy increases in power
(via blowers, turbos, or nitrous), this new clutch arrangement is a
true bolt-in twin-plate replacement assembly.  Similar in dimensions to
the original, its overall height is 3.0 to 3.1 inches (measured from
the crankshaft flange to the finger tips of the cover assembly) and its
diameter is 10.5 inches.

The DirectFit StreetDual clutch is equipped with a strong, 2400-pound
clamp-load diaphragm cover, a nodular pressure ring for strength, and
RAM 300 series organic disc friction material. The chief advantage of
using organic friction material is its superior holding power and
improved driveability without chatter on takeoff.

Reher-Morrison has listened to Sportsman racers and built the Super Series Alcohol 565ci for them.  Many Sportsman racers are
choosing to run alcohol for multiple reasons.  Some racers have
mentioned to Reher-Morrison that they like alcohol because it runs
cooler, which they find helpful for running multiple rounds, and that
alcohol is less sensitive to altitude density than gas.  Racers who
want to use alcohol can get Reher-Morrison quality, performance, and
service with this big block engine which makes 930 plus horsepower on
alcohol. 

The Composite experts at Tim McAmis Race Cars have designed a new carbon fiber wheel tub that is a net weight 10 pounds lighter than most standard wheel tubs on the market. Engineered from the same carbon resins and fibers that you have come to expect at TMRC, this is a for sure way to trim a little extra weight off the back half of any car.

The
latest in the Braswell 7000 series carburetors are the B-7390, and
B-7395.  The B-7390 was specifically designed as a dual 4 bbl., while
the      B-7395 was designed for single 4 bbl. applications.  Building
on the design, and record setting performances set forth by the B-7520
2 bbl. carburetors, the B-7390 & B-7395 are ready to take 4 bbl.
carbureted engine performance to new levels.  These carburetors are
designed to be used where a 4 bbl. or "Whole" carburetor is mandated by
rules or preferred for packaging reasons.  Their design allows them to
be machined in a wide range of sizes necessary for today's competition
engines. 

Through extensive wind tunnel and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software testing, K&N has developed a line of Pro Stock
hood scoops that get you to the finish line faster. With up to an
18-lb. decrease in aerodynamic drag, Warren Johnson set the NHRA Top
Speed of the meet in Pro Stock at four 2008 NHRA events using this
