Nate Shelton, CEO of the B&M Companies, announced today
that his firm had purchased the Hurst Shifter Division of Mr. Gasket,
Incorporated. 

Hurst has been a familiar name to drag racers for more
than 40 years due to not only their OEM applications, but for their

than 40 years due to not only their OEM applications, but for their
numerous products that have seen action on the quarter mile. 

B&M has also been in the shifter business for more than four decades, and
therefore understands the value of the Hurst name and legacy. 

B&M, which is headquartered in Chatsworth, California, now includes its
namesake line of products along with those manufactured and marketed
under the McLeod Industries and Hurst Performance Products logos.
