BROGDON PARKS PS OPERATION

When the National Hot Rod Association makes it's next stop on the 2007
POWERade tour, the event at Heartland Park Topeka will be contested without one of
the seasons early shining stars.  Pro Stock campaigner and Rookie of the Year
candidate Rodger Brogdon has elected to forgo the rest of the season to pursue
a major marketing partner for the teams continued racing endeavors for 2008
and beyond.

"It's certainly not the direction that we want to take," said Brogdon, "the
success we've had, has shown me that we have what it takes to be a competitive
player. But we didn't win races and championships in Comp eliminator by just
being competitive, and to achieve the results in Pro Stock that this team is
used to seeing takes a commitment that requires the backing of a major sponsor.
My financial investment in this team has been substantial, yet it is less than
half of what the top teams are spending to achieve their results." When the National Hot Rod Association makes it's next stop on the 2007

"We have been in negotiations with potential partners since the end of last
season, and in a couple of scenarios the talks are still ongoing. Unfortunately
the fact that they are still ongoing has become one of the reasons to
reevaluate the continuation of our 2007 program. The commitment to a championship
requires a partner that is as committed as we are to that goal.  To that end
we've worked with one Fortune 500 Company that sees so much untapped marketing
potential that they tried internally for three months to restructure a marketing
budget that had been finalized a year earlier. That type of corporate
involvement and support is what we will now spend the next eight months developing and
finalizing so that when we do return we can do so with all of the pieces in
place needed to contend for the NHRA Pro Stock championship."

"Over the past twenty years I've worked very hard to develop my roofing
company, RoofTec, into one the largest and strongest roofing contractors in Houston
and the state of Texas. That success has allowed me to attain the level of
racing operation that we have achieved. But, when we set out last year to begin
our Pro Stock endeavor, no one foresaw the downturn in the housing industry
that we are seeing this year, and any wise business man will tell you that when
business slows, you have to refocus your business plan. I have over 200 people
that depend on RoofTec for their livelihood and my commitment is to those
dedicated individuals. My obligation to them is to keep them working and to
continue to provide the high level of customer service that has allowed this
business to grow and prosper."

"By scaling back the racing program for 2007" Rodger continued, "I can focus
my time and energy on my family, my business and to securing our marketing
partner, without the hectic travel schedule associated with competing in the
POWERade tour. This team isn't leaving the NHRA, we are merely adjusting our
timetable. We will return, and when we do we will bring the same caliber of
operation that carried us to the winners circle in the past."
