Multiple sources have confirmed that John Force has resigned his position as a board member of the Professional Racers Organization citing a lack of time. The underlying reasoning seems to the current Ray Alley going to work with Kenny Bernstein situation. While he might not have been privy to tune-up info, he did have access to new parts development and reportedly therein lies Force's contention. Multiple sources confirmed that Force conveyed his concerns to the heirarchy of the NHRA.
