TORCO'S SPORTSMAN FUEL PROGRAM

Torco Racing Fuels launched their year-end Fueling the Sportsman Contest at the Torco Racing Fuels President’s Cup at the Maryland International Raceway, Mechanicsville, Md., September 28 – 30. So far, the program has been a rousing success.

“You can always count on the sportsman drag racers to come through for you,” said Janna Beebee-Price, Chief Marketing Officer Torco Race Fuels. “When we launched the program in Budds Creek, the response of appreciation from the sportsman racers has been incredible. We can’t say what the future holds for the Fueling the Sportsman program right now, but it is looking good.”

The winner of the Fueling the Sportsman Contest was given the option of one barrel of Torco Mach Series 110 or $200 cold hard cash.  The contest will continue until the end of the 2007 racing season, but rumor has it that Torco officials are in the planning stages for a 2008 Sportsman Appreciation Contest to run the entire 2008 race season.

Sportsman contestants may find the entry forms for Fueling the Sportsman Contest at the Torco Racing Fuels tech trailer at every Knoll Gas Nitro Jam IHRA event.  A winner will be announced every race day at 12 noon and must be present to win.  Keep watching www.torco.com for updates regarding the 2008 Sportsman Appreciation Contest and the latest industry related news.
