TINDLE WINS AMS R.O.T.Y HONORS

rookieyear.jpgTim Tindle's impressive season performance was acknowledged last Sunday night when the Santa Rosa Beach, FL Pro Mod racer was chosen as the 2007 AMS Promod Challenge Rookie of the Year – at the awards ceremony.

"To win an award like this really means a lot to me," said Tindle.  "We have had our ups and downs all season, but we were able to put this Chuck Ford powered Stang in the winner's circle more than once. You know, Chuck Ford, Skippy, Porkchop, and Marcus work day end and day out to make this happen and their hard work paid off."

In June, Tindle earned his first national event win by defeating Jay Payne in the final round of the ProCare RX Super Nationals at Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ and then extended his second national event win defeating Jay Payne in the final round of the Pro Care RX Pro Mod Clash, Las Vegas.

Tindle plans to compete in this weekend's Heads Up Nationals, Holt, FL, and then spend some time at home with his wife Sonya and their kids Heather and TJ during the offseason.
