GOODGUYS ANNOUNCE 2007 EVENT SCHEDULE

The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, the largest rod & custom
association in the world with over 70,000 members, will stage 21 events
in 2007, including a brand new event in Chicago as well as a venue
change for the annual Great Lakes Nationals. The event lineup features
18 “National” events, and 3 “Get-Together's” at the Pleasanton
Fairgrounds.
A brand new event, the 1st Peak Chicagoland Nationals, will be staged September 21-23 at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois marking the first time Goodguys have ever produced an event in the “Land of Lincoln.” The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, the largest rod & custom association in the world with over 70,000 members, will stage 21 events in 2007, including a brand new event in Chicago as well as a venue change for the annual Great Lakes Nationals. Several milestone events are on the docket as well. The 25th All American Get-Together, March 24 & 25 in Pleasanton will celebrate 25 years this spring. The Goodguys PPG Nationals – the world’s largest event for vehicles through 1972 vintage will celebrate 10 years of Goodguys Goodtimes this July 13-15 at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus. The signature Northwestern US Goodguys event – the Pacific Northwest Nationals held in Puyallup, Washington will celebrate it’s 20th birthday the weekend of July 27-29 at the Western Washington Fairgrounds.
The 18th Great Lakes Nationals, formerly held in Waukesha, Wisconsin will move west to the gorgeous summer resort town of Madison, Wisconsin and will be staged at the spacious Alliant Energy Center grounds the weekend of August 17-19.
In other news, Napa Auto Parts has signed on as the official Auto Parts Store of the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association. Napa will have a major presence at all 18 Goodguys Nationals events in 2007 with special at-event midway displays, special product giveaways as well as country-wide in store promotions at participating locations.
