KINDNESS GENERAL CONTRACTORS INKS DEAL WITH JIM DUNN RACING FOR VEGAS

Kindness General Contractors (KGC) is building a tradition as the annual sponsor for the Jim Dunn Racing Nitro Funny Car team during the NHRA 4-Wide nationals in Las Vegas.  Headquartered in Southern California, KGC has job sites throughout several western states and utilizes the opportunity to entertain clients.

Fresh off his 87th birthday celebration, Crew Chief and team owner, Jim Dunn, is anxious to get back to the track.  The Funny Car team based out of southern California is looking at the Las Vegas event like a home race these days.  “Normally we start the season in our backyard at Pomona, and by the time we get to Las Vegas we’ve run at least three or more races.  With this year’s schedule adjustments we were still sorting out all of the new equipment on the Funny Car at Gainesville.  We are ready for some great four-wide racing, and are looking forward to hosting KGC and DiPinto guests at the race,” noted Team Manager, Jon Dunn.

KGC is a full service general contracting firm that manages and facilitates a complete range of construction projects.  The Cypress, California company believes in using a team approach with their clients and focuses on building relationships, providing solutions, and its ability to react with speed on projects.  Additional partners supporting the team at the 4-Wide race include Crow Safety gear, which is now permanently located in Las Vegas, and Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall, and Bar-B-Que located inside Treasure Island Hotel & Casino.

Race fans can follow the KGC Funny Car and driver, Jim Campbell, starting with the first qualifying session Friday, April 16 and throughout the weekend on the Fox network.
