PALMER TO HONOR OKLAHOMA TOWN WITH THE HELP OF TRASK PERFORMANCE

The small town of Marlow Oklahoma will be honored during the 2020 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Season by Scott Palmer with the help of Trask Performance. Palmer couldn’t think of a better way to pay tribute to his youth than running their top fuel dragster with “Marlow Outlaws” on the front body panel.

“The Marlow Outlaws are a staple of the town where I grew up in Oklahoma,” Scott Palmer said. “I wanted to honor the people there with a scheme that dates back to the 1880’s. It was an era of outlaws. We consider ourselves modern day outlaws and believe our Marlow Outlaws themed dragster will be a great way to show appreciation to all of our fans in that region.”

In addition to Marlow Outlaws, Palmer’s Top Fuel Dragster will also feature a new partner during this weekend’s NHRA Arizona Nationals: Trask Performance.

Located in Phoenix Arizona, Trask Performance was established in 2000 when owner Nick Trask followed his passion for producing high-performance motorcycles. Born in New Zealand, Trask knew the only way to make his vision a reality was to risk it all and come to the United States. Fast forward to the present day, Trask Performance has become one of the top tuning shops in the country and an industry leader in Harley-Davidson turbo systems.

“Nick (Trask) and I have a mutual respect for one another,” Palmer said. “He comes from humble beginnings, as do I, which gives us a common bond. Nick is dedicated to two-wheel performance as seen in his day to day operation of Trask Performance and loves horsepower. We couldn’t think of a better partner who shares the same love and passion as we do to join our team for the 2020 season!”
