Gretchen Tuttle, daughter of long time boat racer Brad Tuttle, is in need of brain surgery that her insurance is not covering.

Gretchen is three years old and suffers from hydrocephalus, Chiari malformation and a cyst on her brain. She needs to have brain surgery in order to drain fluid from her brain and reduce pressure. She faces a number of life altering issues ahead if the situation is not addressed in surgery.
