AUSSIE MOTOR SPORTS LEGEND DIES IN AUTO ACCIDENT

If the death of Aussie icon Steve
Irwin wasn't enough this past week, then the news of Australia's greatest ever
Motorsport identity - Peter Brock - being tragically killed in a motorsport
incident today in Western Australia - could well have ripped Australia's heart
apart even further.

HANDWRITING MAY BE ON THE WALL FOR NHRA PRO MODIFIED

The AMS Pro Mod series recently
posted an announcement on AMSProMods.com, that if a sponsor agreement is not

NRP the track and NHRA jointly announced it would switch sanction and host a new
POWERade Series event beginning next June 28th.

We caught up with him in the pits at O’Reilly Raceway Park for a

TROY CRITCHLEY RACES TO 239 BLAST AT INDY

Australian-born NHRA AMS Pro
Modified driver Troy Critchley enjoyed one of his finest outings of the season

also did it in rapid fashion by establishing the quickest-ever mile per hour in
the history of the series with a 239.40 trap speed behind the wheel of the AMS
Staff Leasing-sponsored 1970 Barracuda. Critchley’s day could have gone even
further had it not have been for parts attrition and an inexpensive part at
that.
