There are only 15 entries on the Funny Car list for the NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals, as of Wednesday morning June 12, 2019. We are told there should be a 16th entry soon, and it is reportedly Blake Alexander. While this shouldn't be an earth-shaking tidbit as Alexander is a team owner with his Funny Car operation managed by Tim Wilkerson, what might be out of the norm is he is rumored to be filling the seat temporarily for a team. It could change, but that's what we're hearing now.
