Just last month NHRA announced what is a return to a sense of normalcy, at least in terms of the Camping World Drag Racing Series schedule, when it revealed the 2022 season would open in February 2022 in Pomona, Ca. Today CompetitionPlus.com has learned NHRA will soon announce their return to Wild Horse Motorsports Park outside of Phoenix, February 25 - 27, 2022. The event was not fielded as part of the 2021 schedule due to COVID restrictions. The announcement could come as early as this week.
