The City of Delaware, Ohio, hometown of JEGS Mail Order and the entire Coughlin family, was quick to honor their famous native sons in 2008. City workers have just erected new signs at the city's borders announcing "Welcome to Delaware, Home of JEGS -- Four-time NHRA World Champions and 12-time NHRA Divisional Champions."

The City of Delaware, Ohio, hometown of JEGS Mail Order and the entire Coughlin family, was quick to honor their famous native sons in 2008. City workers have just erected new signs at the city's borders announcing "Welcome to Delaware, Home of JEGS -- Four-time NHRA World Champions and 12-time NHRA Divisional Champions."

 

The signs replaced older ones honoring racing brothers Jeg Jr., Mike, John, and Troy Coughlin and reflect the titles won in 2007 by Jeg Jr., Mike, and John. Jeg captured his third POWERade Pro Stock title and fourth world title overall, John took possession of the Div. 3 Top Dragster crown, and Mike earned the Div. 3 Top Sportsman title.
