The NHRA Vegas-Style Fan Fest will take place Oct. 30 from 6–8 p.m. on the 3rd Street section of the Fremont Street Experience, home to the famous Vegas Light displays of the Four Queens Hotel, FitzGerald Casino, and the Freemont Hotel Casino. The first 500 guests will receive a limited edition 2008 Countdown to the Championship baseball card set featuring the top 10 drivers from each of the four Pro categories (40 cards in all). The Fan Fest will include a variety of activities including a driver's autograph session with the Pros from the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series, a live band playing on the 3rd Street stage, and a captivating NHRA video along with pulsating music which will be displayed over the 12.5 million LED Viva Vision screen and 555,000-watt sound system throughout the evening.

The event is open to the public and admission is free.
