NHRA and Hot Wheels have been making history together since the 1970s when toymaker Mattel began sponsoring the race cars of NHRA legends Don "the Snake” Prudhomme and Tom “the Mongoose” McEwen, and now NHRA fans have some new collectible diecasts to enjoy.

This set is part of the Hot Wheels Premium Team Transport collection that comes with a 1/64th scale ’74 Chevrolet Vega Pro Stock car and Hot Wheels Original Horizon Hauler. The vehicles feature metal body and chassis, “Real Riders” rubber tires, and NHRA/Summit Racing Equipment livery. The Hot Wheels Team Transport collection celebrates racing heritage and car culture through a premium execution of on-trend racing team cars and transporters that can be recognized around the world.
