Summit Motorsports Park and NHRA have adjusted their Friday run schedule. Thursday evening, the revision was announced via the track's Facebook page.

"Due to the increasing threat of late afternoon/evening rain on Friday, June 25th, the decision has been made to 'move up' Professional Category Qualifying at the 15th Annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals at Summit Motorsports Park. This is being done to complete the program and deliver to fans a full day of NHRA Camping World racing action.

"The revised professional category qualifying round #1 schedule is as follows:

5:30pm Pro Stock Motorcycle
Pro Stock
6:30pm Fuel Funny Car
Top Fuel
Bob Motz Jet Kenworth

"Finally, due to weather concerns and a projected early end time, Fireworks have been canceled for Friday."
