Starting with the dedicated Edelbrock A356-T6 aluminum casting, a 15° valve angle and 290cc raised runner intake ports .650" improve air-flow on the intake side. Edelbrock engineers also extended the intake mounting flange .950" to eliminate the need for spacer plates with the raised intake port design.
