JOHN FORCE RACING AND ROUND 2 AUTO WORLD TEAM UP FOR NEW LINE OF PRODUCTS
John Force Racing announced a partnership today with collectibles company Round 2 to produce a new line of John Force Racing collectible replicas under their well-renowned brand “Auto World”. Auto World and John Force Racing will be producing die-cast John Force Racing vehicles in 1:24 and 1:64 scale as well as John Force Racing slot car drag sets and vehicles.
“It’s exciting to have Round 2 on board with their Auto World brand joining John Force Racing. We’re looking forward to building up this partnership and getting our cars out there for everyone to be able to enjoy,” said John Force, CEO and owner of John Force Racing and driver of the PEAK Coolant and Motor Oil Chevy Camaro. “We’ve got some brand-new products that we’ll be rolling out and there will be all the new paint schemes. Should be exciting over the next couple of months as products come out and fans are able to pre-order their favorites.”
Round 2 Corp/Auto World is a hobby and collectible company located in South Bend, Indiana. Round 2 designs and manufactures automotive collectibles ranging from die-cast cars, plastic model kits and slot cars and track sets. Their product is produced under their various well-known brand names of Auto World, Johnny Lightning, and Racing Champions as well as AMT, MPC, Polar Lights and Lindberg model kits.
“It’s exciting to be a part of the John Force Racing Team once again and offering the fans such a wide range of collectibles. We have worked with John in the past and manufactured 1:64 scale slot cars and track sets but have not produced die cast replicas,” said President and Owner of Round 2, LLC Thomas Lowe. “I am confident that collectors will enjoy the great Auto World quality that Round 2 brings to the table. I am looking forward to seeing John, his entire team and hopefully meeting a few of his fans at a couple of drag races this summer too.”
Race fans will soon see all of the new items at the John Force Racing store (www.johnforceracestation.com), Main Gate’s trackside souvenir trailers and the Auto World Store website (www.autoworldstore.com).
