PRO STOCK BIKE ANOTHER HARLEY SWEEP
Line cut a .007 light on the way to a 6.972 second, 189.82 mph run over Krawiec.
“It's such an honor to race your teammate in the final and to be able to win with your buddy over there,” said Hines. “We fight back and forth in everything we do, whether its qualifying, racing each other, at the shop on reaction timers; we're very competitive. When we go up there somebody is going to come out of there with a double oh light, whether its red or green. In Denver I was double oh eight red and he was on his game with a double oh one green.”
Vance & Hines Screamin' Eagle Harley-Davidson V-Rod Pro Stock Motorcycle teammates Eddie Krawiec and Andrew
Hines met in the final round of the 22nd FRAM Autolite Nationals at
Infineon Raceway, where it was all Hines from start to finish.

This is the third consecutive times Hines and Krawiec has met in the finals at for Hines it feels very special.
“The last three races have been something special. We've been winning
races because we're great riders, and making consistent laps. My
brother Matt is doing a great job turning the wrenches and keeping our
heads focused.
“We're actually earning rounds because they are giving to us. They are
taking shots at us and luckily we're on the right end of the deal.”
The win was the 17th of Hines' career in his 30th final round
appearance. He has two wins in three final round appearances this year.
ARE THE HARLEY'S BETTER? - Both Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines
will tell you that the Harley-Davidson bikes don't have an unfair
advantage over the Buells and Suzukis they run against. Hines is quick
to point out Matt Smith cut the quickest lap of the event and Hector
Arana the faster speed at 195.56 mph.
“We look past all those people,” said Hines of those who complain the
Harley's have a distinct advantage. “We can't focus on them, listen to
what they're saying too much or it will get to us. We're doing our
jobs. We're winning races by leaving the tree first and getting to the
other end first. We haven't had the quickest bikes, lately.
“We're winning races by having consistent motorcycles.”
