Sixteen-time Funny Car champion John Force will be a special guest at the 18th-annual All-GM Show at Berger Chevrolet next weekend.

Force, the driver of the PEAK Coolant and Motor Oil Chevrolet Camaro SS Funny Car, will be on hand on Saturday, Aug. 26 to meet fans and sign autographs. The drag racing superstar will appear from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. that day.

Plus, the PEAK Chevrolet Camaro SS Funny Car will be on display, along with numerous other GM show cars and vehicles.

“I’m excited to come back to Grand Rapids,” Force said. “It will be great to come to Berger Chevrolet and have my race car there and meet the fans on the NHRA drag racing circuit. I love to represent Chevrolet – I just did a show about their new crate engines, the 454 that comes out of Detroit that you could put in your hot rod at home.

“I’m just really excited about it. I love doing dealerships. That’s where I cut my trade in the early days, doing dealerships all across America. It’s a great time. I want to thank Berger for having me, and I’ll be there with bells on to sign autographs, take pictures, and meet mom and dad and the kids. Everybody come down to Berger Chevrolet; it’s going to be great.”

Admission is free, and anyone wishing to enter their General Motors car in the All-GM Show only need to pay a $15 fee.
