Torco's CompetitionPlus.com has learned that Richard Maskin and his driver Tom Martino have parted ways in the days following their Houston DNQ. Maskin will reportedly park his team and join forces with Justin Humphrey. Humphrey will provide the car and Maskin will provide the horspower.

Maskin confirmed that his initial plan was to be a part of a two-car operation with Martino and Humphrey but somewhere along the way things went sour. He also confirmed that Knoll Gas & Energy will remain as the team's primary sponsor.

The new alliance will test in Tucson, Arizona next week before making its debut in Las Vegas.

An official statement is expected from the team in the days to come.
