J.R. Todd’s being rather circumspect about his plans for the upcoming season, although he did tell Torco’s CompetitionPlus.com, “I will be at the race track driving a Top Fuel dragster with Evan Knoll’s name on the side of it.  I do know that.”

Well, duh! 

Todd acknowledges that he’s likely to be driving the second car out of the Lucas Racing stables, the machine currently being handled by Melanie Troxel who, as has been previously reported, will be going to Funny Car with Mike Ashley.  “It’s either that or Evan buying my current team and me staying here, but I would lean towards Morgan’s car.”
