Neff’s No. 1 Qualifying Effort Puts Washer and Dryer in Fan’s Hands

Mike Neff used a dominating performance on Friday at the 8^th annual O’Reilly Thunder Valley NHRA Nationals event in Bristol, to capture the No. 1 qualifying position with a run of 4.783 second and hand Jeff Clawson of Kingsport, Tenn., a new Whirlpool washer and dryer as part of the BrandSource “Win with Force” promotion. At sixteen select events during the 2008 POWERade Drag Racing Series when any one of the four John Force Racing Funny Cars qualifies No 1 at the event one lucky winner wins a Whirlpool washer and dryer set.

“This is great. I’m a big John Force Racing fan. I’ve never won anything like this before. I can’t wait to meet Mike,” said an excited Clawson.

This season fans will have even more reasons to cheer on John Force and his Funny Car teammates; Ashley Force, Robert Hight, and Mike Neff heading into tomorrow’s eliminations since another NHRA fan could walk away with a Mitsubishi 65’ television if a John Force Racing Funny Car wins the race.

The promotion has also expanded above BrandSource’s core business this season was with the addition of Ford Racing. Already a John Force Racing team partner, Ford Racing has joined the promotion by adding the BrandSource/Ford Racing Sweepstakes and its Grand Prize, a Mustang GT Coupe with Ford Racing Performance Packs. BrandSource will collect entries for the Sweepstakes at races, on-line at www.brandsource.com, as well as in BrandSource dealer locations in the coming weeks.

The next opportunity to participate in the “Win with Force” BrandSource promotion will be: May 30-June 1, at the O’Reilly Summernationals Nationals in Topeka, Kansas.
