And he returns to the mound Wednesday night in Brainerd, Minn., to deliver the first pitch prior to the Brainerd Blue Thunder game at Stewart Mills Stadium in the second of two Charter Nights with Dave Connolly at the ballpark. And he returns to the mound Wednesday night in Brainerd, Minn., to deliver the first pitch prior to the Brainerd Blue Thunder game at Stewart Mills Stadium in the second of two Charter Nights with Dave Connolly at the ballpark.

It’s all part of a busy week for Connolly, driver of the Cagnazzi Racing Charter Communications/LifeLock Chevy Cobalt, who will be competing in the Lucas Oil Nationals at Brainerd, Minn., Friday through Sunday.  He won his second race of the season at Sonoma, Calif., July 27.

Connolly will be signing autographs at both games and the race car will be on display at Wade Stadium Tuesday night.  There will be a special promotion each night for a chance to win an authentic team jersey and VIP tickets to the race as a guest of Charter Communications and Cagnazzi Racing.

Connolly’s first pitch Tuesday in Duluth is at 6:45 p.m. It is at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Brainerd.
