TERRY BROWN WINS EATON PMRA CHALLENGE AT SANAIR

Brown of Caledonia, Ontario drove his 1971 Dodge Challenger to a first time Pro Modified Racing Association series win over the veteran team of the Grainy Brothers from North Tonawanda, New York and their 1967 Chevrolet Camaro who broke in the final. The Grainy Brothers qualified number one in the eight-car field for the fourth event in the six-race 2008 PMRA tour presented by Torco Racing Fuels Ontario in front of a large and excited Sanair crowd, including a large contingent of customers and clients from Eaton Electrical, who sponsored the race.
 
Bruce Boland of Hamilton, Ontario, held on to his lead in the 2008 Championship Point Award Series sponsored by Wix Filtration Products, Valvoline, Uni-Select, and Moen with 1136 points.
 
Moving into second with 1094 points is Terry Brown, followed by Jeff Roth of Kitchener, Ontario, with 1062 points in third. Randy Jewell of Holley, New York is tied for fourth with 1058 points with Joe Boniferro of Niagara Falls, Ontario.
 
The Grainy Brothers are sixth with 921 points, followed by Ike Maier, Mike Stawicki, Mike Cusimano and Larry Sinke rounding out the top ten.
