After a meteoric rise to the top of the field in the beginning of the year by winning events at Rockingham and Edmonton, Hagan has struggled in recent events and even failed to qualify for the Northern Nationals earlier this month.

Hagan needs near perfect performances in the remaining three national events to stay competitive for the 2008 IHRA Funny Car championship. This weekend at the Sooner Nationals in Tulsa, Oklahoma, IHRA fans will get their first look at the the team's brand new SHELOR.COM Toyota Solara that has been in development for several months. The car made it's NHRA debut last weekend in Reading, Pa.

"We're going to put the past in the past and look ahead," said Hagan. "We've got three events to make a difference and we've got a brand new car that we feel strongly is going to make us an even more competitive team. We're just going to go out there, do our jobs to the best of our ability, and see where we end up."
