Parallel Records recording artist Jeremy McComb is on a winning streak. Not only is his new single “Cold” getting rave reviews but he recently shared the stage with another winner – U.S. Army Top Fuel driver, Tony Schumacher.

McComb performed the National Anthem at the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis on Labor Day and met Schumacher at the race. When McComb discovered that Schumacher was going to be in Dallas at the same time he was doing a show there, he invited the five-time world champion to his Gilley’s performance.

Since Schumacher has been actively taking guitar lessons, McComb showed him how to play the intro to “Folsom Prison Blues” prior to his concert. Hence, when McComb kicked into the song during his set, Schumacher joined him onstage and helped sing the legendary Johnny Cash cover to a packed house.
