A listing recently went online selling a parcel of property located at 17047 Bee Line Hwy in Jupiter, Fla. For drag racing fans in the area, this is the address for the shuttered Palm Beach International Raceway.

 

The listing of 174.4 acres encourages commercial development for warehouses and other plans but also lists a dragstrip still intact.

 

It reads, “Approvals in place for a total of ±2,114,916 Square Feet of Industrial Office/Warehouse Space Existing Improvements – Site contains a quarter-mile drag strip, a 2-mile road course, a 7/10 mile kart track, mud racing tracks, and a 13,000 SF clubhouse.
