Denny Hamlin used a fast car and timely strategy to make sure the VFW Sport Clips Help a Hero 200 from Darlington Raceway was not a contest.

Hamlin, who started from the top spot, led 117 of the race's 147 laps en route to his third Xfinity series win on the season and his fourth win in the series at Darlington. The win also marks the third time this season which Hamlin has won the pole and the race.

In a familiar turn of events, the other front running drivers were Hamlin's Joe Gibbs Racing teammates. Kyle Busch, who started in 36th place due to an error in qualifying, finished in the runner up spot with rookie sensation Daniel Suarez finishing in third place.

With the third place finish, Suarez won in this round of Xfinity's Dash4Cash program. 

Kevin Harvick, driving the No. 88 for JR Motorsports, brought home a fourth place finish with Chris Buescher finishing in fifth place.

Buescher was able to extend his stranglehold on the Xfinity points lead to 29 points over defending series champion Chase Elliott, who suffered from engine issues and had to settle for a 24th place finish.

Joey Logano finished in sixth place with Kyle Larson, Landon Cassill, Regan Smith and Ross Chastain rounding out the race's top ten.
