Apparently, what is not being said about NHRA’s refusal of the OnlyFans sponsorship being written about and debated on other websites and social media is that, reportedly, a professional team approached the series about a sponsorship program with the same company and was first denied. Then, it was made known about Top Alcohol racer Summer Richardson’s under-the-radar sponsorship of the past few seasons, and it, too, was halted on the track. NHRA has been somewhat consistent on this.
This is not the first time a sponsorship in this arena has been denied (i.e. a love house), but there have been accepted programs sponsored by Playboy and Penthouse allowed to exist. Oh by the way, there was a time when a popular printed drag racing magazine was BOUGHT by one of the nudie magazine publishers.
