Its about time Ford stepped up to the plate, Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday has
always been the real deal, thats why Chevrolet, Pontiac, Dodge keep selling less
quality cars, and get the best to race them. Larry Morgan will do a great job
of representing Ford. I've raced sportsman Fords for a long time and would like
to be part of the success he builds for all Ford racers pro or sportsman. I drive Ford and believe this is the beginning of something big for Ford. As they say timing is everything in this world, and the timing of this couldn't be better best of luck to Larry and Jim C. and most of all Ford and all of their racers - Richard Wardleigh

So I'll believe it when I see it.  I'm a Ford fan (I own 5), but the fix has been in at the NHRA for years.  Let Jon Kaase use his Boss 9 heads (like the IHRA) and maybe there would have been some real competition.  But if a 429 SCJ head is it, I'm not convinced the problem is solved for Fords.  Although is there some satisfaction in watching Gov't Motors (GM) and Fiat Hemi's fight it out for the rest of the season … that's why there's TVO, right!  Get your DRCE III equipped GXP's at your neighborhood Pontiac dealer while you can! - John Molloy

I am tickled to death that Ford is getting back in NHRA Pro Stock.  So much, that I plan to attend the Winternationals in California all the way from Maryland.  We Ford fans have been starved for this and finally it's going to come to life. Yes … Yes … Yes. - Bill Jarvis

What do I think?

I think talk's cheap.  If Larry couldn't win consistently for Mopar with a Hemi that was bankrolled by Mopar, and designed from a clean sheet of paper, what makes him think he can do it with a Ford?

I'll believe it when I see it. - Bill Dedman

Very happy that ford is getting in again. Go Larry and Mr. Wolfe. Let’s rock. - Ralph Poirier
