When installing large journal camshafts into Chevrolet engines that have conventional lifter oil gallery dimensions, the lifters are now positioned higher in the lifter bore, potentially causing oil distribution problems.                                                                

Crane Cams now offers a new family of exclusive Ultra Pro lifters designed specifically for these applications, relocating the oil passages in the lifter bodies for proper oil flow.

These lifters feature:

One piece, carburized 8620 steel, surface-finished bodies

Heat treated steel vertical locking bars attached with our Monel pin and flange assemblies

Oil pressure fed to the wheel, and Bearing Focused Oiling to the needles and axles.
