NITROCAT TOOLS SUPPORTS HOMETOWN RACER TERRY HADDOCK

Spokane based NITROCAT Pneumatic Tools is supporting local Top Fuel driver Terry Haddock during this weekend's NHRA

"I know it's a long shot," Haddock said. "But we still have an outside chance of making it if we have a couple of good weekends. When we started the season I was going to continue to run Funny Car, so I let someone else drive the dragster in Pomona. I also skipped a few other races because of prior commitments. I sure hope those missed rounds don't make the difference between being in the countdown or not."

The Seattle resident instead hopes his hometown track will be the site of his first NHRA victory.

"You always want to do good at home," Haddock said. "All your friends and family are here and you want to make them proud. Also, NITROCAT really stepped up to help us with some sponsorship for this race so we want to make a good impression on them too. I can't think of a better place to win my first NHRA trophy. "

Haddock has been a long-time user of the NITROCAT brand of tools and is excited to be carrying the logo on the side of his 300 mph dragster.

"They have been helping me out for years with tools," Haddock said. "I know everyone always says how great their sponsor's product is, but it's really true with these tools. These things are unbelievable, not only are they quiet, but they are also stronger than any other tool I've ever used. If you've never tried a NITROCAT, you need to."
