PINKS ALL OUT RETURNS TO INFINEON FOR 2010

PINKS All Out, the popular television show on SPEED, will return to Infineon Raceway for the 2010 Big O Tires Racing Season.

PINKS All Out debuted at Infineon Raceway in 2008 before a near-capacity grandstand, and after a one-year hiatus, will return to Sonoma, Sept. 17-18.

This will mark the only West Coast appearance of PINKS All Out for the 2010 season. PINKS All Out is one of the most successful programs on SPEED.

“PINKS was an instant hit when we hosted the event in 2008 and we’ve been hearing regularly from both racers and fans wanting to know when it was coming back,” said Steve Page, president and general manager at Infineon Raceway. “This is a chance for one of our local competitors to be a national star and we’re excited to welcome the whole PINKS crew back to Sonoma.”

Infineon Raceway, which attracted drag racers from as far as North Carolina in 2008, will accept competitor entries beginning Friday, Nov. 13. Cost per entry is $60; the raceway will only accept 500 competitor entries so be sure and call 800-870-RACE or visit www.infineonraceway.com for details.

In addition to on-track action, the PINKS All Out experience offers a variety of exhibitions throughout the Saturday television shoot, as well as a vendor midway area.  Pre-registration and a test n’ tune session will take place on Friday, Sept. 17, and is open to the public.
