UPDATED: Attitude's CompetitionPlus.com received the following correspondence from Hall of Fame drag racing announcer Jon Lundberg regarding our DRAG RACING: Sport of the People, posted on Christmas Day.

Thought you might like some Feedback on your most recent video download "Sport Of The People". It began life as the promotional film introducing 1972's U.S. Racing Team. USRT was a group of 16 premier Pro Stock drivers who created a high-end tour group for booked-in shows. As their event announcer, I narrated the original but never saw a finished product until December 26, 2009! The guy who made all this happen was Al Carpenter, USRT co-ordinator, who handled bookings and PR.

We don't have much background on this video except there's some great old school footage.
