"I really look forward to all the fans viewing our race shop, meeting all our DSR drivers, and seeing the great upgrades that we've made to the facility since last year," team owner Don Schumacher said. "We've got plenty of great items available for raffle that make great collectibles and I know the fans always enjoy the cacklefest. It's a great day for a great cause and we hope that everyone going to the U.S. Nationals on Friday stops by our shop."

The open house event will again feature the Indy Hi-Winders Car Club Car and Motorcycle Show, an autograph session with all seven DSR professional drivers: Tony Schumacher, Cory McClenathan, Antron Brown, Rod Capps, Jack Beckman, Matt Hagan and Rod Fuller, and the wildly-popular nostalgia Funny Car cacklefest. Fans can browse the 100,000-square-foot facility that houses all six DSR race teams and DSR's in-house fabrication area and machine shop. The DSR Open House will take place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. while professional nitro qualifying is scheduled for 7 p.m. at ORP on Sept. 3.

DSR has raised more than $90,000 over the last five years with its Open House and Bowling for Riley charity tournament. The second annual charity bowling event generated more than $12,000 for Riley this May. All proceeds from the DSR Open House go to Riley Hospital for Children.
