Any Mountain Motor competitors attending the Shakedown at E-town event now have a little more incentive to go fast. John T. Montecalvo, Inc is providing a Low Qualifier bonus in the amount of $1000. John Montecalvo, who is the reigning Mountain Motor Champion, stated that he wants to support this by racers, for racers organization.

“We’ve had such great support with the MMPSA already,” Montecalvo said. “Our manufacturers have really stood behind us as we’ve gotten this new organization going and some of the teams have already stepped up their involvement. Trevor Eman and the Aruba.com team have really put in a lot of effort. Elite Motorsports is sponsoring our final event. I feel like it’s my turn to show some support. Everybody out here is working extremely hard to go fast. Hopefully this will give someone a little reward for all the hard work everyone is putting into the MMPSA.”

“It’s great to see racers, manufacturers and sponsors stepping up to support the MMPSA,” said Tommy Dupree, MMPSA. “We’ve had a phenomenal first year so far and that credit goes to all the folks who stand behind us. What John is doing in providing this Low Qualifier bonus just goes to show the dedication and enthusiasm of these racers.
