BUTNER POCKETS FIRST RACE STAR WHEELS BONUS

Race Star Wheels officially kicked off their Low E.T. Pro Stock Bonus at the NHRA Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals this past weekend. KB Racing’s Bo Butner won the bonus with a low qualifying E.T. of 6.559. Butner was presented the $2,500.00 bonus check from Race Star owner L.B. Davis.

“On behalf of Race Star, we congratulate Bo and his team on being the recipient of the first Race Star Wheels Low E.T. Pro Stock Bonus award,” said Davis.

Qualified second heading into eliminations, Butner’s KB Racing teammate, Jason Line, made it to the semifinals while posting Top Speed (209.56 mph) and low E.T. (6.579) of eliminations. “Jason’s car runs on Race Star wheels and he was definitely a contender at this race for the Low E.T. Bonus,” said Davis. “It’s great to see his car continue to run well as he posts top stats in eliminations.”

As the U.S. Nationals is a historic race and one that is special to all of the drivers, Davis reflected on the significance of launching the bonus program at the event, “While we are supporting the entire countdown with the Low E.T. Pro Stock Bonus, the U.S. Nationals was the perfect race to present the first check.”

The Race Star Wheels Low E.T. Pro Stock Bonus will be awarded at the following remaining races:
