The rain has stopped, but due to the rain this morning the Safety Safari is working to rebuild the dragstrip. Apparently water got under the rubber on the top end of the race track, so the Safety Safari is scrapping the rubber up. It will then have to rebuild the drag strip rubber. There is no estimated time when racing will start.

Racing kicked off at 2:30 PM, EST, with Super Street. The NHRA Mello Yello divisions are expected to hit the track about 4:30.
