This weekend’s car auction involving a variety of cars and trucks built and restored by Burnyzz Speed Shop in Ocala, Florida, drew rave reviews from collectors and bidders after two days of furious bidding action saw over $1 million in sales.  

Nearly 100 of some of the most beautiful and collectible cars from across the country were sold with a 1970 Chevelle SS and 2021 Ford Bronco leading the way gaveling for $126,000 and $100,000 respectively. The two-day event was held at World Equestrian Center, Expo 2 (1750 NW 80th Ave Ocala FL 34482) and a future event is already planned for December of this year. 

The black and white 1970 Chevelle SS built by Burnyzz Speed Shop which sold for $126,000 featured a New GM 427 C.I. LS7 w/Hot Cam making 600 HP with a Tremec five speed transmission. Burnyzz Speed Shop added a full RideTech suspension w/ adjustable coil overs, Wilwood brakes, Dakota digital gauges and finished it out with a high quality leather interior.

The brand new 2021 Ford Bronco was a special project for Burnyzz Speed Shop which included an upgrade to the Bandlands Series, Hill Start Assist, Ford Co-Pilot 360 Technology and leather trimmed seats as well as a host of additional luxury enhancements driving the auction price up to $100,000.

“This was a great first-time event and we found homes for a lot of great classic hot rods and amazing vehicles,” said Josh Hart. “The staff at the Equestrian Center was amazing and the Burnyzz Speed Shop staff that was involved did an amazing job. I take a lot of pride in every vehicle Burnyzz works on, builds or restores so to see the interest from the bidders was very gratifying and a testament to the people I am lucky enough to work with.” 

The goal of this first-time auction was to put collectors behind the wheel of their dream iconic car and to facilitate classic and collector car consignment, purchases and transportation.
