There have been tense moments behind the scenes lately which threatens the stability of the newly reorganized Australian National Drag Racing Association [ANDRA], the governing body over Aussie Drag Racing. According to our sources close to the situation, Willowbank Raceway [Brisbane] and the Perth Motorplex [Perth] have reportedly gone outside of the traditional source of insurance supplier, ANDRA, and procured a cheaper rate. The only problem with this is reportedly the new insurance broker is the same one which supplies ANDRA with their insurance. Could this be yet another power struggle between the former behind-the-scenes leaders of ANDRA and the newly reorganized group?
