This is more of an observation than a rumor, and since we don't have an observations section this is where we filed this piece at. As of Thursday, there were 14 Top Fuel dragsters and 17 Pro Stockers on the property at the Pomona Fairplex. What makes this interesting is this year, NHRA took away purse from Pro Stock to provide funds for the No. 17 and No. 18 qualifiers in the fuel ranks. Funny Car made up for it, kinda sorta with 20 entries.
