John Force Racing is gearing up for the 2024 season with a fresh theme, #2024ORCE (Twenty-twenty-force), symbolizing renewed vigor and ambition. Led by patriarch John Force, alongside daughter Brittany Force and Austin Prock, standing in for sidelined Robert Hight, the team aims to reclaim their championship status.

The resolute #2024ORCE theme underscores their determination to ascend back to the summit of NHRA competition.

Brittany Force expressed the team’s readiness for the upcoming season, affirming their quest to reclaim their historic position atop NHRA ranks.

“John Force Racing is ready to turn it around this season in 2024. We are calling it 2024ORCE,” Brittany Force said. “We have the most championships in NHRA history, and our goal is to get right back on top, where we belong.”

John Force echoed this sentiment, highlighting the inclusion of Prock and the anticipation surrounding a new major series sponsor, Mission Foods. The team’s proactive approach in promoting the season sets a tone of optimism for their endeavors.

“Well, it’s 2024, but we’re looking at it like 24s (meaning JFR could win its 23rd and 24th championships),” John Force said. “My daughter is in this, and of course, our new kid, (Austin) Prock, is replacing Robert Hight while he gets through some personal stuff. But it’s exciting. A new major series sponsor with Mission Foods is coming on board. We’re already out promoting it.”

Austin Prock’s transition to the Funny Car class underlines John Force Racing’s cohesive team emports, emphasizing mutual support and knowledge sharing as foundational to their success.

Prock’s recent triumph in Bradenton, Fla., sets a promising precedent for the team’s performance at the 2024 season-opening Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville, Fla.

“Races are won and lost as a team,” Prock said. “The structure of JFR has been built off of the ‘one team’ mentality, meaning all teams have each other’s back and share information. I believe the countless race wins and championships is derived from this approach.”

Despite his storied career spanning nearly five decades, the 17-time Funny Car champion Force shows no signs of slowing down as he approaches 75 years of age. The prospect of additional wins and championships fuels his ongoing commitment to competition. Furthermore, Force looks beyond his racing career, envisioning avenues to expand JFR’s legacy through various media ventures and family involvement.

John Force’s aspirations extend beyond personal achievements, as he eagerly anticipates the NHRA debut of his grandchildren, including Autumn Hight and Jacob and Noah Hood. The familial ties within JFR underscore a legacy poised to endure beyond Force’s illustrious racing tenure, with the next generation poised to carry on the team’s legacy.

The operational backbone of JFR comprises key personnel such as Bob McAleer, Jerry Bonkowski, and Cole Wilgus, among others, who play instrumental roles in the organization’s success. Their collective efforts contribute to the seamless execution of JFR’s strategies and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and efficient operation.

As the team readies itself for the challenges ahead, John Force exudes confidence and determination, eyeing a record-breaking 18th career championship. While retirement looms on the horizon, Force’s unwavering resolve underscores his determination to shape JFR’s future and leave an indelible mark on NHRA history.

With a resolute demeanor, John Force reaffirms his commitment to the sport and the organization, signaling that his journey is far from over. As the 2024 NHRA season unfolds, John Force Racing’s Force-ful presence promises to be a formidable contender, driven by ambition, unity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
