PENSKE RACING SHOCKS ANNOUNCES NEW DOUBLE ADJUSTABLE, IN-LINE SHOCK ABSORBER
Tue, 2010-08-17 16:03
Penske Racing Shocks has designed an in-line double adjustable shock specifically for the unique demands of drag racing. The 7500DA Series offers racers
the same high-quality performance found in any Penske Racing Shock at a reasonable price.
With 40 clicks of compression and 18 sweeps of rebound, the 7500DA is quickly and easily tuned to accommodate any track or driving condition.
The shocks are custom-valved for driver feel and drag car set-up, resulting in reduced tire shake, better launch control, and improved down-track stability. A pneumatic bleed eyelet is also available, providing maximum tire control and a smooth, stable ride.
The 7500DA smooth body retails for $470.00 a shock. The 7500DA coilover body, which includes a 95 lb. or 110 lb. Hyperco spring and hardware, retails for $540.00 a shock. Both versions can be built in any custom length required.
Available to ship September 1, 2010, pre-orders are being accepted at Penske Racing Shocks, Penske Racing Shocks Midwest, and from all leading chassis builders.
