JEGS.COM AND PLUGFONES NAMED PRO MOD PRESENTING SPONSORS AT NHRA FOUR-WIDE


JEGS.com, a worldwide leader in high performance parts, and Plugfones, a hearing-protection company, have been named co-presenting sponsors for the NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series portion of the eighth annual NHRA Four-Wide Nationals, April 28-30 at zMAX Dragway, NHRA announced today. It is the third of 12 races during the 2017 NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series season, and also the first time the series will take part in the popular and unique four-wide racing format.

With more than 3,000 horsepower, the suspended door pro mod cars travel the quarter-mile in less than six seconds at speeds exceeding 250 mph.
 
The 2017 NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series is showcased in a 12-race schedule that includes stops at several NHRA national events across the country. Steven Whiteley won the season-opening race in Gainesville and Steve Matusek winning the most recent event in Houston. All 12 races during the 2017 season will air on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) and FOX Sports 2 (FS2).
